Safety & verification

Stay intentional. Stay in control.

True Bond Online is honest about safety: we are a technology interface, not a background‑verification agency. Here is how we think about safety, risk, and your responsibility.

1. What we verify (and what we don’t)

True Bond Online provides a digital space where adults can discover and connect. We may use technical signals, reporting tools, and basic checks to keep the platform clean, but:

  • We do not run police, legal, or financial background checks on every user.
  • We do not guarantee that every profile is accurate, honest, or complete.
  • We do encourage users to report suspicious behaviour and we act on policy violations.

2. Your responsibility as a user

Every online platform has some risk. To keep yourself safe, we strongly recommend that you follow these guidelines:

  • Never share OTPs, bank details, UPI PINs, or passwords with anyone.
  • Do not send money, gifts, or financial help to someone you only know online.
  • Use in‑app chat first before moving to personal WhatsApp or calls.
  • If you decide to meet offline, choose a public place and inform a trusted friend or family member.
  • Trust your intuition — if something feels off, pause and re‑evaluate.

3. Reporting and blocking

If you notice a fake, abusive, or suspicious profile, you can and should report it. Inside the True Bond Online app:

  • Open the user’s profile or chat.
  • Tap on the “Report User” option.
  • Select the reason and submit.

We may review reports, restrict features, or remove accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions.

4. Role of brokers and human support

Brokers are here to guide, suggest, and support you — not to replace your own judgment. As explained in our Terms:

  • Brokers act as facilitators, not legal or financial advisors.
  • Any suggestion, recommendation, or connection they share is still your decision to accept or reject.
  • You should always do your own checks before trusting, meeting, or committing to anyone suggested by a broker.

5. No offline supervision or guarantees

To stay fully transparent, we clearly state that True Bond Online:

  • Does not supervise your offline meetings or conversations.
  • Does not get involved in personal or financial disputes between users.
  • Does not guarantee marriage, relationship success, or any specific match outcome.

Our legal position is detailed in the Terms & Conditions, including the limitation of liability and intermediary status under Indian law.

6. Data privacy & security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data with technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption, access control, and monitoring. However, no digital system is 100% secure.

For full details on how your data is collected, used, stored, and shared, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. If something goes wrong

If you face harassment, abuse, fraud, or any form of threat:

  • Immediately stop communicating with the other person.
  • Use the in‑app block and report options.
  • If there is financial fraud, blackmail, or physical threat, contact your local police or cyber‑crime cell.
  • You can also write to support@truebondonline.in for additional guidance.

True Bond Online exists to help you discover meaningful connections, but you are the final decision‑maker. Stay intentional, read our policies, and use the platform in a way that feels safe and respectful for you.
